THE MAGNA-SKIN™ SDCS Was developed for severe duty applications such as drag chain fed hog and chipper in-feed chutes. The challenge in this application is that traditional separation systems are not feasible being the steel conveyor and chain is susceptible to magnetism.
By utilizing the
SDCS,
processing facilities will prevent equipment damage by removing tramp
metal before entering size reduction equipment, and if applicable,
reduce metal detector tripping thereby increasing uptime and improving
the metal detectors effectiveness.
